Beauty review: ArtDeco Glam Stars eyeshadow #602

I’ve already mentioned ArtDeco Holiday Collection which is available in stores since last month, but I’ve managed to purchase some things from this collection just few days ago. I purchased Glam Stars eyeshadow #602 and Glam Stars Shimmer Cream in Silver. This collection looks wonderful and I think you should check it out!

Glam Stars eyeshadows are available in 8 shades, but I purchased just #602 because I think I already own other shades but from other brands. I don’t want to have many similar shades (at least I’m trying not to) so I kinda convinced myself that I don’t need those other 7 shades, lol.

Glam Stars eyeshadow #602 is a wonderful greyish black shade with a pearly glint and silver shimmer. It’s pigmented even without an eyeshadow base (as all ArtDeco eyeshadows are) and it stays in place for a long time.  This shade is great for evening makeup and smokey eyes look.  Brings out the eye color and makes your eye pop out. Also, I like to use it instead of an eyeliner for a softer look. Its texture is soft and silky, easily applied and blendable, without any fallouts. Packaging is identical to all other ArtDeco eyeshadow, so nothing new there.

This eyeshadow has only one flaw – price.  You get 1,1 g of product for 45,00 kn ($9.00) which makes this eyeshadow among expensive ones if we’re talking about middle range cosmetics. I should also mention that since this eyeshadow is LE, it’s a bit larger (amount) than the regular ones – those have only 0,8 g but they’re a bit cheaper – 36,00 kn ($7.00).  At the end, I’m glad I got it since it’s a great eyeshadow, worth buying. Also, its quality is so good that I could compare it much more expensive brands!
