A can’t believe I still haven’t reviewed this product! It just didn’t cross my mind until few days ago! This is the only Gatineau product I’ve tried so far. Unfortunately, they’re not really budget-friendly brand and beside that, there aren’t available samples for their products so I’ always skipped those products. I’m not really into spending $$ and then simply hoping that the product will be something! :D
On the packaging it says this emulsion is for all skin types, but in fact it’s not. Revitalising Emulsion is for normal, combination and oily skin. For dry skin there is another version of this product – it’s Therapie Marine Creme. It is a great revitalising emulsion which brightens up tired skin, and trust me, it does a great work when it comes to that! Also, for my combination and sometimes dehydrated skin this emulsion is simply great. From time to time I do have problem with a bit more dehydrated skin than I usually do and in that case I use TM Emulsion with Vichy Aqualia Thermal Serum. The texture is a bit soggy, but it’s easily applied and absorbs quickly. What I love about this product is that I mostly use it when I have problem with pimples since this emulsion has this calming effect on them and simply makes them disappear. :D Also, it’s not fragrance-free. It has some kind of sea scent, so if you’re not into that, you won’t like it.
You need only small amount for the whole face, and if you combine it with other skin care products, it will last for quite some time. I bought this online for $30.00 and I suppose you could find it again for that price. It comes in a 50 ml tube. I really hope I’ll be able to get it again for $30.oo since I really like it!
The bottom line is – I’m sure you can find something good that is cheaper, but this emulsion really does a great work for my skin an I’ll definitely get it again when I’m done with this packaging!

Na bazi silikona, nema sastojaka koji bi opravdali cijenu, cak je i ikra lososa jeftina, a ne radi nista posebno, ne pise koje su alge, neke su ok, ali neke mogu iritirati, ima hrpetinu iritantnih parfemskih sastojaka (zaista, toliko razlicitih jos nisam vidjela u jednom proizvodu), pakiranje bi bilo bolje od tegle za cuvanje antioksidansa kad bi ih slucajno bilo u proizvodu.
Ne znam u čemu je kvaka, ali mojoj koži zaista jako odgovara :)

Baš mi je trebala ova recenzija jer sam taman zapikirala ovaj proizvod, tražim nešto lagano za ljeto i spremam se na kupnju :) samo me zanima kakva je emulzija kao podloga za make up?
Meni je ta emulzija jako lagana i fina mi je. E sad, ja nemam problema sa masnijom kožom, tako da zaista ne znam kakva bi bila za malo zahtjevniju kožu. Meni je ok, ne treba mi baza, ali kažem, nemam nekih većih problema pa možda nisam prava osoba za takvo pitanje. :)
ma svakako ću probati sa njom, stvarno mi se čini odličnom, a nekako mi je ljeti glupo tlačiti kožu sa agresivnijim proizvodima, hoću nešto lagano i da me ‘osvježi’ (a imam i LRP u rezervi za svaki slučaj)…Ugl, super recenzija, meni pomogla :)
