Catrice Royal Nights Illuminating Cheek Colour Review and Swatches

Note: this review has previously been published here

Catrice Royal Nights is a collection that catrice launched for November/December so it’s available till the end of this month so hurry up! Though I usually like catrice collections, I was impressed only with Illuminating Cheek Colour from this one. It’s available in only one shade  – diamonds & pearls.

I do love frost and shiny products (blushes, eyeshadows, etc.) but for everyday use I prefer something more modest. I don’t want to look like a disco bowl, lol. And because of this modest appearance I like this illuminator – it’s not tacky, it’s gently luminous and it freshen up the face.

Though it’s called Illuminating Cheek Colour, which means it’s supposed to be used for cheeks, I actually use it around my eye area, as a illuminator, and a bit above my concealer. It costs 22,00 kuna, but unfortunately I can’t tell you the amount of it since that information isn’t available. But no matter of that, I think it will last for some time.

The packaging is easy for use and simple. It has an applicator that looks like a brush out of which is coming the illuminator after you scroll the top of the packaging. The liquid that comes out is not too liquid, it’s more solid so it’s easily applied.
