Remember the Lush Stardust set I got? One of the products I received in it was also Snow Fairy gel shower for body and hair so here’s my review. I admit, I don’t use Lush products (for now, I have only one Lush product!) but their 50% off sale was a great deal so I had to get something to try it because usually they are a bit pricey if you ask me. Though their product’s are very tempting! :D

Though this gel shower is for body and hair, I use it only for body since my scalp is really sensitive and I don’t want to ‘play’ with it. I have to admit that this is the sweetest gel shower I’ve ever tried! I do get some flashes from my childhood too! So, if you do have a baby girl, get her this and she’ll love it! It’s really excellent, my skin feels soft after using it, it’s non-drying and it leaves a mild scent on my skin for a longer while.

I don’t know the price of it, but apparently this is Christmas edition so my review comes a bit late. :( So sorry for that but I was pretty busy these past few weeks and I had some private stuff to deal with. Still, I wanted to share my review, hope you don’t mind. :)

I believe you do know what this is about but here’s something about it: The Museum of Broken Relationships grew from a traveling exhibition revolving around the concept of failed relationships and their ruins. Unlike ‘destructive’ self-help instructions for recovery from failed loves, the Museum offers a chance to overcome an emotional collapse through creation: by contributing to the Museum’s collection.

I think I could donate a few stuff. I do have a bunch of it right know. But, I’ll start with two souvenirs I got and which did make me happy:

intimo shampoo. when the relationship ended her mother used it to wash window. she said it was excellent.

I’ve been using this foundation primer for a while now and though I do have my favorite foundation primers I have to say that this is my favorite one for winter period. Laura Mercier has several foundation primers, you can check them out here. I have Hydrating foundation primer.

As I used to mention before, in some of my previous foundation primer reviews like Illamasqua Satin Primer, if you’re looking for a base that will even out your skin, make it amazingly smooth, etc. – keep looking.  This base is something that will give you slight smoothness but the thing that’s the most important about it is how it’s hydrating and how it feels like I applied serum which means it’s perfect for dry skin. I do have combination skin but I do need extra care during winter so this base is really something perfect for my skin. The formula is creamy-gel so it’s quite light, you barely feel it and it’s fast absorbing.  When it comes to makeup – it stays on perfectly. My mineral foundation is applied really nicely over it, as the rest of my face makeup and it’s long lasting.

It contains 50 ml / 1.7 fl and it costs $30 which is really afordable price, especially if you consider that primers mostly contain only 30 ml of product.

I did already mention how I really don’t have any clue when it comes to fragrances and I really don’t think there will be any change about that since I’m not doing anything about it but, it doesn’t mean I can’t share my favorite fragrance at the moment.

I probably would never check this beautiful bottle if my friend didn’t show it to me and well, I’m glad she did. This is the only fragrance I’m using at the moment and what can I say – I’ve received only compliments thanks to it. The thing I love about it is how mysterious it is but yet it’s noticeable. Don’t know if that makes any sense.

I discovered Victorian Disco Cosmetics few weeks ago and since I love testing new products I had to ordewr a few samples :) Here’s what I got though I didn’t took any swatches because there was no proper light for that. Sorry. But at least you can see some colors I got and I’ll try to swatch everything as soon as possible!

Today I went to Muller drugstore and I noticed that they now have new makeup brand – Terra Naturi (it’s actually Muller’s brand). I decided to pick few products so I could test them. They are affordable though their product range isn’t large – few shades of eye shadows, foundations, blushes, etc.

I was surprised with foundations range – there are 4 of them but they seem quite light and they have both shades for pink and yellow undertone which isn’t really often. I was also surprised to see makeup primer so I picked it right away. I will be testing it these days.

What I got:

For the past few months I’ve been using this face scrub and this is one of those rare scrubs which I want to re-purchase. But, let me start from the beginning. Those who follow my blog probably know by now that I have combination skin but these past few years it has changed quite – my T zone is less oily and I have more problem with my skin getting drier and drier on cheeks for example. So, it’s really hard for me to find appropriate skin care. That’s why I’ve been using a regular moisturizer all over my face and serum for extra hydratation.

It’s been easier to pick a face scrub though sometimes not even that. I do have some demands which perhaps aren’t easy to stand up to so it’s hard to find one which would include all of them, but this one is pretty close. I do expect from a face scrub to do its job properly and to have effect on my skin, I don’t want some surface scrubing. I want to feel that my skin has been scrubed proprely, but not to rough and I don’t want my skin to be red all over. Okay, there is some redness with this one, but moderate redness is okay for me. This scrub has micro cells which are a bit harsh so I would not recommend this to someone with sensitive skin. On the photo above you can see how it actually looks like. I scrub my face for about 10 seconds, or so, I avoid eye area and definitely dedicate a bit more to my T zone. I use it once a week.
After I remove it I really feel like my skin is alive, if I can call it that way, and beside that it also feels soft and elastic. I apply my skin care routine as usual, especially now when I fell like my skin needs some extra care and to calm my redness too. The thing I really like about this scrub also is – the smell of it. This whole product line has an awesome smell which I love.

Since I’ve purchased it a few months ago I’m not sure about the price anymore, but I think it is approx. $6 for 150 ml. I recommend it to those with combination and oily skin. I think it will work for you.
