The other day I received few new Sapunoteka products and all I can say is I’m still thrilled with them as I was the 1st time I ordered their products!
I can’t wait to try these products, they smell so amazing!

Too bad their products aren’t available international but if you ever come to Croatia (Zagreb) don’t forget to buy their products! :)

Last week I visited L’Occitane and I got this travel set of shampoo and hair conditioner for sensitive scalp (which mine is). Haven’t tried them yet but I just spent my shampoo so I’ll start using this today. I also got samples of the rest of the line so I’ll try that too. I’m really looking forward to trying hair masque from this line. :)

Sapunoteka sent me few products which you can see on photos above. Few of these products are new and aren’t available online, but they said they weill update their website pretty soon. Unfortunately, they still don’t ship outside Croatia, sorry guys. :/

Well, I purchased this bath bomb quite some time ago, at the end of December and it really took me some time to try it. This time I didn’t use knife to cut it in half :D instead I used a hammer to smash it so I used one part of it, and the rest of it I put aside.  If you wanna see how it looks like when you throw a bath bomb into water please check my review of a bath bomb called  Clockwork Orange!

I already mentioned in my reviews how I use bath bombs only for my feet so I don’t know how is the feeling on the rest of the skin, but I know my feet are enjoying this treatment. My skin is definitely softer, smoother and feels much nicer and I think my feet are grateful for something like this. :) I love the gorgeous smell about it! I mostly smell Tea tree and Orange. This product is natural and is completely vegan which some of you probably love too!

This product contains 125 grams and it can be used at least twice if used only for feet. I love also that it’s quite cheap – only $3 which is a bargain if you ask me. :)

It’s been almost 2 months since I received this scrub and I’ve been using it a lot so it’s time to write my thoughts about it. :) This is the 3rd Sapounoteka body scrub I’ve tried, though this is the new version of their previous lemon and eucalyptus body scrub – the difference is the old one contained almond oil instead of Pumpkin. You can read my review here.

If I compare the old and the new version, I have to say I prefer the new one though they are the same when it comes to efficiency, how they treat the skin and so on, but there is a slight difference in the smell – the new version lasts longer on my skin and it is a bit less intense but it’s there and I like that a lot. You have to know about the pumpkin seed oil that it leaves green trace on the skin when it’s used but it does wash off. The only thing is that the bathtub must be washed after using this scrub since there will be trace of that green color on it as well. It won’t be intense, but my tub is white so it’s visible a bit. I like the packaging of it – it’s better than the old one, it looks nicer too. Also, this body scrub has an interesting feature when left outside in the cold – it gets completely green (the oil in it does). It looks so cool, to bad it’s more brownish indoor. :D

Also, beside the packaging the price has been changed to. Previous price was $3 for 300 grams, and the new one is $8 for 400 grams. I know it might seem a huge change, but it’s worth every cent and it isn’t actually that expensive when I compare it to some similar brands.

Unfortunately, their products are available in Croatia only at the moment.

Though this is a LE soap by Sapunoteka and though it wasn’t available online, I still wanna review it. :)

I think you all know by now how much I like Sapunotek’as soaps and how nice and intense they smell, but this one is really special and it smells even stronger then all those other soaps, if you can believe that! It contains Vanilla, Cinnamon and Anise Seed Oil so you can imagine how intense that has to be! :D When it comes to smell, my all time favorite Sapunoteka soap is 3 Colors Red, but Kuglof definitely smells stronger on skin and it stays there longer too. After the shower, my boyfriend said I smell like someone dipped me into a cup of tea (meaning I smell like cinnamon – and I love cinnamon!). :D This is extremely gentle soap on skin, doesn’t dry out which means I don’t have to use any additional lotion for my skin. :) The soap is called ‘Kuglof’ because it looks like one when it’s in one piece and you can see the whole soap here!

Also, this soap is slightly different when it comes to the price and to the amount in comparison to other soaps. To be exact, each slice has 125 g of soap, and it costs 25 kn (approx. $4.30 / €3.40). I don’t mind slightly increased price since it’s larger too (other soaps have 100g and they cost approx. $3.70 /  €3.01). Too bad this soap isn’t available online and too bad it’s LE.  I think many would enjoy this soap! Especially if you like cinnamon, vanilla and anise!

~ Sapunoteka ~

Thanks to Sapunoteka, I started using soaps again after many, many years and I’ve been avoiding them because my skin gets itchy and dry after using soaps but I had no such problems with Sapunoteka’s soaps!

Beside that, I’m glad there’s such a cute and great business here in Croatia which makes natural cosmetics and which is, first of all, budget friendly with interesting products.

Everything I tried was great, but there are few products which stand out, at least for me:

• 3 Colors Red Soap -
• Beer Soap
• Almond & Vanilla Oil Body Scrub

At the moment, Sapunoteka is available in Croatia only, but I hope they will be available to all countries soon! :)

Anyway, here is what I got:

The lightening isn’t so great, but the colors are mostly accurate. :D Also, 2 of these products are holiday LE – Soap: Kuglof (left; this is only one slice :D ) and Bath Bomb Frost (brown and white bath bomb on top).

At he moment I have Bath Bomb Frost on my table in the living room so the smell of it is all over my place! <3 And you can expect my reviews pretty soon!

Three weeks ago I purchased some products from Sapunoteka, and one of those products was this soap called – Beer Soap. :) Did you know that beer is one of the world’s oldest beverages dating even back to the ancient Sumerians? Also, moderate consumption (!) of beer is associated with a decreased risk of cardiac disease, stroke and cognitive decline. And when it comes to beauty – it also has effects on the beauty of hair, nails and skin. :)

I was drawn to this soap because of the name, of course, but later it really impressed me with how gentle it was  to my skin! I think it is important to mention that this is my 2nd favorite Sapunoteka soap (my favorite one is definitely soap called – 3 Boje Crveno / 3 Colors Red; it has cinnamon in it which I love!). After each use my skin was super soft, feeling amazingly silky. I’ve been using it to wash my hair as well and it worked great for that too! Of course, it is easier for me since I’ve got short haircut. :) I have to say that I don’t feel any need to use a body lotion after showering with this soap, and that is an important thing for me, mostly because I’m lazy but it also means it’s not drying out my skin. When it comes to the smell of this soap, no, it smells nothing like beer; instead it smells like rosemary and clove.  This soap will last for at least 20 uses -  it has 50 grams, and before using it I cut it in 4 pieces so each piece it enough for at leas 4-5 uses.

This product retails for $2 which is indeed extremely cheap for an handmade and natural soap! Also, you could surprise your man with this soap too. :D Anyway, if you like gentle, natural, vegan and handmade soaps – this is it! :D
